It’s snow excuse!

My last blog post covered the topic of ‘not having enough time’ to exercise.  This week I thought I’d be a bit topical and look at the excuse of the weather – especially with the snowfall we had in the High Wycombe area on Saturday night and with more promised! No time to exercise? I beg to differ!

One of the most common excuses I hear for not being able to exercise is not having time. Now I know modern life can leave us feeling like this – what with working, cooking, being a parent or carer and running a home, time can sometimes be limited for other things.
